Waterfall filters are biological filters that are buried at the top of the waterfall. Water is forced through biological media and/or filter pads and flows out of the box over a spillway lip that forms the first drop of the waterfall. Often aquatic plants and barley bales can be put in the top for extra filtering. These are a favorite of PondMart because they are completely concealable and very effective.
