Description Technical Specs
 
•For 600 to 1200 gallon ponds
•Pump size 300 to 900 gph
•Provide biological and mechanical (bio-mech) filtration
•Designed to be connected directly to pumps with in-line inlets but can be connected to any pump using tubing and hose clamps
•Box style filters are designed to work with pumps that have in-line inlets which connect directly to the filter housing
•If a direct fitting connection is not desired, tubing and hose clamps can be used to connect a pump to the filter
•Whole box goes under the water, then the water is drawn through the top of the box, through filter pads, to the pump and then out to your waterfall or fountain
•We suggest using these when you don't have space for an external filter
•We also highly recommend adding ceramic rock--in a mesh bag--to the chamber inside for extra biological filtration
